Labour Force Survey: Labour Markets Stagnant

So a flat LFS report.  At the most general level in both month to month and year over year terms the employment rate registered no change.  Unemployment rates however give a slightly different and more negative picture of labour markets.   Unemployment increased by 0.1% from September and 0.4% compared to the previous year.
