  1. My Harpernomics
My canadian company sells widgets. I buy them from Big widget depot for 70 cents and it costs me 15 cents all inclusive to get them to the retail shelf. My total cost on a widget is 85 cents. I retail them to Joe Canadian for a loonie. Harper taxes  Big widget depot 18 cents on the dollar, then drops their tax to 15 cents. Lets be honest. They will never pass the savings onto the consumer.  Too many pockets to fill. Of course big widget Corp pads the executives pockets with 1 cent of the 3 saved they go spend that 1 cent in the economy, feeding jobs and growth to other industries.  They then put 1 cent back to the into the company, which creates more revenue and exports, more jobs and salary in Joe employee’s pocket, who spends his increased disposable income in his local community, stimulating jobs and the macro economy. The last 1 cent of the 3 cent tax cut, they put aside and pay out to shareholders, save it for the next recession or re invest, making a bigger, more profitable company, which is part of an active economy. Factor in the increase demand for supports services and the trickle benefits can last generations. Low tax and stable economy means the big widget company can now forecast growth, and makes Canada more attractive to all kinds of business.

Enter the red or orange machine. High business tax. Instability. The perfect economic model Turned upside down. Bob Rae spending. But fortuanely Layton is a nice guy and a great beer buddy and that all that matters. Who cares how he ruins the economy.

When will the left realize that hurting business means hurting the lower and middle class?
